â The SBW Course Assistant
This is a helper bot I built and trained on every lesson and every video transcript in this program. Ask it where something is covered and it links you straight to the lesson. Paste in a draft and it gives you feedback using the same frameworks I teach, like ROAST, the awareness stages, and the About page sections. Remember me saying something on a video but not which one? It can search the transcripts.
Why you'll care:Â it's the difference between re-watching three videos to find one thing and getting the answer in thirty seconds. It won't write your copy for you (that part has to come from you), but it will unstick you.
Where:Â the Your Course Assistant module, right after Module 0. Every Module Milestone also has a âStuck on something?â link that takes you there.
â 30% off the other sales page templates
The sales page templates inside this program cover the four offers most service providers sell. If you're also selling a course, a membership, a low-ticket offer, or looking for sponsors, I have a dedicated template for each of those in The Copy Template Shop, and as a student you get 30% off, no expiry. The code is waiting for you in Module 6.

â Fresh example websites
Businesses pivot and websites get redesigned, so I went through every example site in the About, Services, and Homepage lessons. Dead or off-topic examples are gone, a few links point to the right pages again, and there are four new businesses to study.
Why you'll care:Â the examples are how you see each framework working on a real page. Now every one of them still does.
Where:Â Module 5 structure lessons and the matching Module 6 copy lessons.
âLesson updates
- Legal Pages (Module 6)Â is rewritten for the laws that exist now: GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Quebec's Law 25, cookie consent, and when to disclose that AI is part of how you work. Still not legal advice, still pointing you to The Contract Club for proper templates.
- Website Copywriting Fundamentals (Module 1)Â now has a short section on where AI fits in this process: the second draft, never the first idea. It sets the tone for the prompts and tools I'm adding throughout.
- Client Objections (Module 4)Â has a new block on the objections service providers hear now: aren't you just using AI for this, and why pay you when ChatGPT is free. It shows how to answer them on your website before they're asked.
- Espresso Shot Methods (Module 3)Â swaps the old list of Facebook groups for a way to find current ones yourself, plus Reddit, Slack and Discord communities, Threads, YouTube comments, and Amazon reviews as research sources that nobody gatekeeps.
- Every lesson that links to a template or outline now says, up top, that the workbook lives in Notion while the templates are Google Docs you copy to your own Drive. Fewer where-the-heck-is-this moments.
- The intake form asks which route you're taking and the one thing you most want help with, so I can point you in the right direction faster. The end-of-course feedback form asks which modules you finished and which page you're proudest of.
- Two small fixes: Module 3's milestone now points you to Module 4 for messaging (it said Module 5), and the Homepage Structure lesson dropped a statistic I couldn't source.
Coming soon
These are in the works. When one lands, it moves up into the list above! You'll hear about major updates by email.
- The Pitch Pressure Test (Module 4). A guided tool that reads your elevator pitch the way five different kinds of clients would, shows you what lands and what's vague for each, and helps you finalise a version that still sounds like you.
- The Headline Brewer (Module 6 bonus). The Headline Generator Tool, rebuilt as a guided tool. Answer nine quick questions and get seven headlines built from the proven formulas, with the option to brew more, tweak one, or add a subheadline.
- A refreshed Tech and Tools Guide (Module 8). Every tool checked, the ones I no longer use removed, and the ones I rely on now added: Drip, Tally, Vimeo, Descript, Airtable, Claude, and Google Search Console among them.
- A bigger brand voice lesson (Module 4). Adding Personality to Your Copy grows into a proper walk-through for defining your voice: your attributes, your words and rhythm, and how to keep AI drafts sounding like you.
